1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cheers & Fun (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

The Service is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction (18+ in most countries, 21+ in the United States). By using the Service, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age. We are not responsible for underage use.

3. Description of Service

Cheers & Fun is a web-based party game application. The Service provides drinking game card content for entertainment purposes. The Service is available in multiple languages and can be used on any device with a modern web browser.

4. Responsible Use

Cheers & Fun is a game for entertainment purposes only. We strongly encourage responsible drinking. You are solely responsible for your own alcohol consumption and behavior while using the Service. We are not liable for any consequences arising from alcohol consumption during use of the Service.

• Never drink and drive
• Know your limits and respect others' limits
• Use the Driver Mode or Alcohol-Free Mode when appropriate
• Ensure all players are of legal drinking age

5. Free and Premium Tiers

The Service offers both free and paid tiers. Free users have access to limited game modes and content. Premium features are available through one-time purchases or subscriptions processed by Stripe.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. One-time purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal; you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

7. User-Created Content

You may create custom cards within the Service. You are solely responsible for the content of your custom cards. Custom cards are stored locally on your device. If you export and share custom cards, you are responsible for ensuring the content is appropriate and does not violate any laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All game content, card texts, designs, and branding are the property of Evanor LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Custom cards you create remain your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evanor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from alcohol consumption, personal injury, or property damage.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via the website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hungary.
