By accessing or using Cheers & Fun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use Cheers & Fun. By using the application, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Service Description

Cheers & Fun is a browser-based drinking game application offering various game modes, cards, and social features. The service is available in both free and premium versions.

Responsible Use

Cheers & Fun is a social entertainment tool. Users are expected to drink responsibly and in moderation. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from alcohol consumption during gameplay.

• Never drink and drive
• Know your limits and drink in moderation
• Use Driver Mode if you're the designated driver
• Ensure all players are of legal drinking age

Service Tiers

Cheers & Fun offers a free tier with limited content and premium tiers with full access. Features and content available in each tier may change over time as we improve the service.

Payments & Refunds

Premium purchases are processed securely via Stripe. One-time payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Newsletter

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive periodic emails about game updates, tips, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email. Your email will be removed from our mailing list promptly upon unsubscription.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting privacy@cheersandfun.com. Upon deletion, your account, subscription records, and all personal data stored on our servers will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

User-Created Content

Users may create custom cards within the application. Custom cards are stored locally on your device and are your sole responsibility. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms if shared publicly through multiplayer features.

Intellectual Property

All game content, card texts, design, and branding of Cheers & Fun are owned by Evanor LLC. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Cheers & Fun is provided "as is" without warranties. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the application, including but not limited to consequences of alcohol consumption.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Evanor LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
