Ukládání dat

Herní data (jména hráčů, nastavení, vlastní karty, historie) jsou uložena lokálně na vašem zařízení v úložišti prohlížeče. Tato data nikdy neopustí vaše zařízení.

If you purchase a premium plan, Stripe processes and stores payment data. We only store your subscription status, email, and Stripe customer ID on our servers.

Server-side page view analytics (hashed IP, device type, browser, language) are automatically deleted after 90 days.

Contact form submissions are stored on our server and deleted after your inquiry is resolved or within 12 months, whichever comes first.

Newsletter subscriber emails are stored until you unsubscribe.

• Hosting — Self-hosted on a dedicated server. Standard server logs (IP, request metadata) are collected for security and may be retained for up to 30 days.

Account & Data Deletion

You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated server-side data by emailing privacy@cheersandfun.com. Upon request, we will delete your user account, subscription records, newsletter subscription, contact form submissions, and any referral data. Locally stored data (game settings, player names, custom cards) can be cleared directly in your browser settings. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.

Věkové omezení

Cheers & Fun is intended for adults aged 18 and over (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under this age. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

Změny těchto zásad

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.
